2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data, and Type and Purpose of Their Processing
When visiting the website
When you visit our website turnaround.management, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the retrieved file
- Website from which the access was made (referrer URL)

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. You have the right:
- pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of the processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint,
- the source of your data, if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, where applicable, meaningful information about its details;
- pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to request without undue delay the correction of inaccurate personal data stored by us or the completion of incomplete data;
- pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is required for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims;
- pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data where the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure, we no longer need the data but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
- pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request the transmission of those data to another controller;
- pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to withdraw your consent at any time. As a result, we will no longer be permitted to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future; and
- pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you may contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace, or at the location of our registered office.
6. Right to Object
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right, pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object which we will implement without the need to state a particular situation.

7. Data Security
We use the standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol during your visit to our website, in combination with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we instead use 128-bit v3 technology. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed key or lock icon displayed in the lower status bar of your browser.
In addition, we use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

This Privacy Policy is currently valid and was last updated in January 2024. As we continue to develop our website and services, or due to changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this Privacy Policy.

Google Maps
We use the Google Maps product provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, on the “Locations” pages of our website. Google Maps is integrated via an API in order to visually display geographic information. The data processed by Google to display maps may include, in particular, the IP address and location data. However, a direct connection between Google and you is only established when you consent to the use of Google Maps on our website.
For users whose habitual residence is in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is the controller responsible for your data.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. Processing is based on your consent. Data subjects can withdraw their consent at any time, for example, by contacting us using the contact details provided in our Privacy Policy. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The legal basis for transferring data to a country outside the EEA is the use of Standard Contractual Clauses. The security of the data transferred to a third country (i.e. a country outside the EEA) is ensured by Standard Contractual Clauses issued in accordance with the review procedure under Art. 93 para. 2 GDPR (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR), which we have agreed with the provider.
