When you visit our website turnaround.management, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted

We use the standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol during your visit to our website, in combination with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we instead use 128-bit v3 technology. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed key or lock icon displayed in the lower status bar of your browser.

In addition, we use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorised access by third parties. Google Maps

We use the Google Maps product provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, on the “Locations” pages of our website. Google Maps is integrated via an API in order to visually display geographic information. The data processed by Google to display maps may include, in particular, the IP address and location data. However, a direct connection between Google and you is only established when you consent to the use of Google Maps on our website.
For users whose habitual residence is in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is the controller responsible for your data.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. Processing is based on your consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The legal basis for transferring data to a country outside the EEA is the use of Standard Contractual Clauses. The security of the data transferred to a third country (i.e. a country outside the EEA) is ensured by Standard Contractual Clauses issued in accordance with the review procedure under Art. 93 para. 2 GDPR (Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR), which we have agreed with the provider.

A JavaScript-based code is used for the collection of company-related data and its subsequent use.
